Under Oregon Law, you are allowed to see a chiropractor for 60 days or up to 18 visits (whichever comes first) following a work injury. The 60 days rule applies from the day of your first visit to the chiropractor, not from the day of your injury. You can also get a referral from a medical doctor or osteopath to see a chiropractor for a work injury if you need more than the 60 days or 18 visits.
