Many of you have experienced the adjustment in which you lie on your side while Dr. Laura adjusts the top-most vertebra of your neck – the Atlas Vertebra. This adjustment is highly specialized within the field of chiropractic – only about 300 chiropractors in the world are trained in the technique.
